By accessing or using FrontRow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FrontRow is a marketplace platform that connects creators with fans, enabling private experiences, live sessions, and one-on-one interactions. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements between creators and fans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using FrontRow, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using the Platform agree to:

• Provide experiences as described and agreed upon with fans
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share personal contact information or redirect transactions off-platform
• Honor cancellations and refunds according to Platform policies

6. Fan Responsibilities

Fans using the Platform agree to:

• Interact respectfully with creators and other users
• Not record, screenshot, or distribute private sessions without consent
• Not harass, abuse, or engage in inappropriate behavior
• Honor payment obligations for booked experiences
• Comply with community guidelines and standards

7. Payments and Fees

FrontRow processes payments through secure third-party providers. Creators receive payouts according to the revenue share terms agreed upon during onboarding. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or viruses
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Solicit or advertise competing services
• Share explicit, offensive, or illegal content

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform are owned by FrontRow or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontRow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FrontRow is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
